Continue to develop the use of FedWiki and Sofi to structure and manage our startup enterprise in order that we can help others use the same technologies and methods.
- The area of Content Delivery may require the development of future staff so we should be planning for it--but I still think we should attract already skilled facilitators (content delivery) so orientation more than training is needed.
5->4 🔴
- Who in our team has expertise in sales and marketing? - I think that by doing a StS together ourselves we will be a lot clearer.
- We should discuss metrics that will guide us forward, early warning sign measures, rather than trailing measures.
5->9 🔴
- Each team member should offer suggestions on marketing and communication to the group and to Kerry. Friend of a friend networks are the best. - If we are to create a nested network structure we need to be thinking of regional contacts and national contacts.
- Ask the team regularly about our culture. - I want this to be fun, deeply meaningful, and continuously learning. - I want to be part of a voluntary organization that self manages with personal committments.
- I think that strategy will evolve and change over the first year as we test our assumptions with the Trials.

Use the Sofi model to create strategy and structure and Development.
